Study on the Failure Analysis of Equipments Based on Extension Theory

  • 摘要: 提出了一种结合灰色关联分析的可拓故障诊断方法。该方法利用可拓学原理建立故障诊断基元模型,对监测数据进行形式化描述,并根据指标数据序列生成原理对数据规格化处理,弥补了可拓故障诊断就小样本,贫信息等问题无法解决的不足。通过增大诊断信息空间,获得了更精确的关联度分析。为提高故障诊断准确率,对关联度计算公式加以适当修正。将该方法应用于滚动轴承故障诊断中,验证了有效性。
