Research on Cone Crusher Control System Based on Brain Emotion Learning Model

摘要: 针对圆锥破碎机控制系统的大纯滞后系统不能高性能运行,提出了一种基于大脑情感学习模型(brain emotional learning,BEL)的新颖人工智能控制方法,具有学习能力强、计算简单等优点。BEL模型是基于大脑中杏仁体(amygdala)和眶额皮质(orbitofrontal)组织信息间传递方式的计算模型,简称A-O系统模型。学习主要发生在杏仁体中,而眶额皮质则对杏仁体内的学习过程起辅助作用。通过不断调整BEL模型的节点权值来达到最优控制效果。基于大脑情感学习模型的新智能控制器,应于圆锥破碎机控制系统,具有良好的反应速度和较强的鲁棒性。Abstract: According to low-performance operation of large and pure lag system of cone crusher control system,a new artificial control method based on brain emotional learning(BEL) model is proposed in this paper,which has great learning capability and can compute simply.BEL model is the computing model of delivery method between Amygdale of brain and Orbitofrontal organizational information,called A-O system model.The learning is mainly taking place in the Amygdale,and Orbitofrontal is assisting amygdale for learning.BEL model will reach the optimum control effect through constantly adjusting its node weights.The BEL intelligent controller is used to control cone crusher system and the simulation results show that the BEL controller has fast response speed and strong robustness.
