Modelling and Simulation of Scraper Reliablity Undergoing Maintenance

摘要: 刮板输送机是一种连续运输的重型机械,在使用运行过程中机器一旦出现故障,将直接影响企业的生产成本和生产能力,因此刮板机整机可靠度的预测对企业来说有重要意义;本文按刮板输送机零件失效因素分类讨论,分组研究刮板机的可靠度,通过研究机器零件的运行服役期间年龄分布规律和结构应力规律,发展面向维护的机器可靠性仿真模型,最后计算刮板机的可靠度,为企业的生产成本和生产能力评估提供有力依据。Abstract: The scraper conveyor is heavy machinery which can continuously transport goods.The failure,which occurs in use and run,will seriously affect the production cost and production capacity,so the prediction of scraper reliability is very important to factories,mines and other enterprises.In this paper,the failure factors of scraper parts are classified and discussed,parts are grouped to research the scraper reliability.The age distribution law and the structural stress law of machine parts are studied during operation and service course,and the simulation models of scraper reliability are established undergoing the maintenance.Finally,the scraper reliability is calculated,which will provide a strong basis for enterprises evaluation of production costs and capacity.
