The Healthy Status Evaluation of a Certain Servo Actuator Based on Dynamic Fuzzy Comprehensive Judgement

摘要: 针对飞机飞行控制系统伺服作动器结构的复杂性和影响机理的不确定性,通过应用模糊数学理论实现对其健康状况等级的评判。传统的模糊综合评判方法都是静态的表达评判因素与评判等级的隶属关系,作者在前人提出动态隶属函数的背景下,针对伺服作动器应用背景探索出其动态隶属函数求取方法,并对评判结果的最大隶属度分析法的适用度进行判断,在适用度不高的情况下选用加权平均法对评判结果进行分析。根据评判的结果对飞行控制系统伺服作动器的健康现状给出定性的评价,为科学准确的进行系统检修和保障提供依据,对提高其工作可靠性和安全性具有重要意义。Abstract: For the complexity of the structure and the uncertainty of the impact mechanism of the servo actuator of the aircraft's flight control system,the comprehensive judgement for the healthy status of the actuator system can be achieved by using fuzzy mathematics theory.While the traditional way of the fuzzy mathematics' application expresses the relationship between affect factors and the remark assembly statically,the present paper proposes a method of acquiring dynamic membership function to evaluate the healthy status of servo actuator based on the theory of dynamic fuzzy mathematics.And the judgment results are analyzed by using the weighted average method to gives a qualitative estimation for the healthy status of servo actuator.
