Design and Characteristic Study of an Annular Ring Pressure-regulating Valve

摘要: 提出环状缝隙调压阀结构设计和气动特性计算的一种方法,推导出阀门型面坐标的计算公式,针对调压阀的气动特性编制了相应的计算程序,通过计算结果与试验数据对比,验证了本文方法的可靠性,同时讨论了增加风洞气源压力和增大气源容积对风洞试验时间的影响,最后给出了风洞稳定段总温随时间的变化趋势。Abstract: A method of structure design and characteristic calculation for an annular ring pressure-regulating valve was proposed with formula. The coordinates calculation of the valve section are formulated and the computing code for the aerodynamic characteristic of pressureegulating valve were developed. This method was proved credible by comparing calculated data with experimental ones. The stagnation temperature in wind tunnel chamber and the testing time were also discussed.
