Design of a Magnetic-abrasive Finishing Device for Inner Surface Groove of Thick Tubing

  • 摘要: 为改善常用零件内圆槽的表面质量,降低其表面粗糙度,根据对磁场理论和内圆面加工特性的分析,研制了用Nd-Fe-B永久磁铁代替电磁铁作内置磁极的内圆槽磁力光整加工装置。该装置结构简单,拆装方便,体积小,重量轻,不需要电源和供电装置,适应性强。试验验证,其性能优于其它光整加工方法,可获得理想的加工表面质量,是内圆槽表面光整加工很有效的工艺方法。
