Crashworthiness of Civil Aircraft Energy Absorption Sub-structure

摘要: 先对民用飞机客舱地板下部结构进行了坠撞响应分析,获得了该结构的原始坠撞特性;通过对结构变形模式及各个部件对撞击能量耗散情况的分析,提出了提高结构吸能特性的具体措施。数值仿真结果表明:该措施可有效控制结构的变形模式及降低初始接触刚度,提高了结构的吸能特性。制造了一个典型机身下部吸能结构试验件,并进行了垂直坠撞试验。试验结果与仿真分析结果存在较大偏差。通过对试验结果的分析,发现了仿真模型中一些被忽略的细节以及试验件制造过程中的工艺细节等是引起偏差的主要原因。通过对模型的修正,分析结果与试验结果吻合较好。Abstract: The original crashworthiness was assessed by FEM analysis,and the energy absorption of each componentwas obtained. The method for improving the energy absorption characteristics was proposed. The simulation resultsshow our method is effective. The reason is that some structural details which affect the impact response were lost dur-ing modeling. The analysis model was modified,and the results show good agreement with simulation results.
