The Reliability Analysis of Motorized Spindle and Motor Rotor with Interference Fit

摘要: 电主轴的主轴与其内装转子通过过盈配合传递转矩,其过盈配合可靠性设计是将配合面实际过盈量和有效结合半径看作是随机变量进行设计。利用蒙特卡洛法模拟出配合面处的广义应力、广义强度序列,通过卡方拟合优度检验说明其服从正态分布,并结合应力-强度干涉理论,建立了系统可靠度模型。比较蒙特卡洛法下求解的广义应力、广义强度的数字特征和点矩法下求解的广义应力、广义强度的数字特征,验证了该可靠度模型的正确性。分析了配合面结合半径、实际过盈量与主轴转速等对系统可靠度的影响。Abstract: The spindle of motorized spindle and rotor transmit torque through the interference fit.The reliability of interference fit is designed by seeing the actual interference quantity of the fitting surface and the effective combina-tion radius as random variables with normal distribution.The general stress and general strength series can be simu-lated by using the Monte Carlo method, then that is verified through chi-square goodness-of-fit testing that they con-form to the normal distribution, combining the stress-strength interference theory, the reliability model is estab-lished.Through the comparison of the numerical characters of the random variables both by the Monte Carlo method and the First Order Second Moment method, the correctness of the mathematic model is verified.The effect of radi-us of fitting surface, actual interference quantity, spindle speed on the system reliability is analyzed.
