Comparison of the Frequency-domain Analysis and the Test Results for a Wide-band Random Vibration Fatigue Problem

摘要: 介绍了几种常见的宽带随机振动疲劳寿命频域估算方法,包括P.H.Wirsching窄带假设法,Dirlik法,Bi-modal法和简化的Bi-modal法等。并专门设计若干组具有明显双模态响应的悬臂梁随机振动疲劳试验,通过采集到的应变数据获得应力数据,采用上面介绍的各种频域估算方法估算试件的振动疲劳寿命,并与试验寿命比较,以此验证各种频域估算方法的适用性和估算精度。Abstract: To estimate the fatigue life for a wide-band random vibration fatigue problem, several frequency domain analysis methods are introduced and studied in this paper, which are presented by P.H.Wirsching, Dirlik, T.T.Fu and the authors.The vibration fatigue tests of several groups of cantilever beams with significant bi-modal re-sponse are proposed, then their fatigue lives are estimated with these frequency-domain analysis methods using test-ed strain data, and the test life results and estimated life results are compared to verify the accuracy and application range of the mentioned frequency-domain analysis methods.
