Dynamics Analysis and Structure Optimization Design of Long Stator Low-speed Maglev Track

摘要: 对长定子中低速磁浮列车轨道结构进行了较全面的动力学有限元分析,获得了磁浮列车轨道结构的动力学基本品质特性,即固有频率和振动模态。在此数值分析基础上,研究分析了磁浮轨道对振动比较敏感的频率范围并进行了优化设计。结果表明:对磁浮列车轨道有限元分析不仅在理论上起到了检验与校核的作用,为磁浮列车调试实验提供了磁浮轨道结构的计算数据,还对磁浮轨道性能的进一步设计和优化提供了依据。Abstract: The dynamic performances, such as natural frequencies and modes, of track structure for low-speed ma-glev train were obtained by finite element method.The sensitive vibration frequency range of track subject to ran-dom vibration excitation was analyzed and the structure was optimized on the basis of the numerical calculation re-sults.The results showed that the finite element analysis of track not only had the inspection and checking role the-orectically to provide data for test running of maglev train, but also provided the basis for further design and im-provement for track performance.
