A Method for Guide Curve Design of Handles

摘要: 针对把手引导曲线设计过程中需要考虑联动、销轴直径、引导距离、引导高度等因素的影响,提出了一种基于参数化设计的引导曲线设计方法;在相对坐标系的基础上,通过公式推导及对法则曲线的应用,求解出引导曲线的精确结果;在建模软件中,直接将引导曲线应用于把手建模曲面设计,实现了引导曲线精确求解及与建模过程的无缝过渡。Abstract: As the guide curve design must be based on many factors,such as linkage pin motion,shaft diameter, guide distance and guide height,a guide curve design method was presented in this paper based on parametric de-sign. In the relative coordinate system,the method solves the exact result of the guide curve on the basis of formula and through the use of rule curves. In the modeling software,the guide curve is put to modeling of handle curved surface design directly,which realizes seamless transition between the exact solution of the guide curves and model-ing process. Finally,example comparisons verify this method completely effective.
