The Performance Analysis of All-electrical Servo Control Aerodynamic Load Simulation System for the Landing-gear Retraction Test

摘要: 以新型起落架收放试验全电伺服控制气动载荷模拟系统为研究对象,建立新型全电伺服控制系统的数学模型,采用MATLAB/SIMULINK软件对该数学模型进行仿真。研究结果表明:仿真结果与试验结果吻合良好,最大误差在7%以内,平均误差在4%以内。验证了该全电伺服控制气动载荷试验模拟系统的合理性与有效性,说明本文设计的全电伺服控制气动载荷模拟系统自动化程度高、响应速度快、控制精度高以及可靠性好,并具有很好的载荷跟随性。Abstract: A new-style all-electrical servo control aerodynamic load simulation system for the landing gear retraction test was presented in this paper,in which taking advantage of MATLAB/SIMULINK software,the model for the new-style all-electrical servo control system was established and applied. Comparing with the experimental results, it showed that the experimental results accords well with those by simulation. The maximum error of load was 7% and the average error of load was 4%. It validated the rationality and validity of the all-electrical servo control aero-dynamic load simulation system. It indicated that the new-style all-electrical servo control system had high automa-tion degree,fast response speed,high control precision and good reliability,as well as the good load following per-formance.
