The Multi-objective Optimization of Clamping Mechanism in the Injection Molding Machine Based on NSGA Ⅱ

摘要: 合模机构的性能直接影响注塑成型产品的质量。以往对该机构的性能优化,往往采用单目标优化方法或者传统的多目标优化方法,得到的优化结果不够理想。以合模机构的力的放大比和动模板的速度平稳性作为优化目标,首先对影响目标函数的各类参数进行灵敏度分析,选择出影响显著的因素作为设计变量;其次在设计变量域中,采用改进型非劣分类遗传算法(NSGAⅡ)进行多目标优化设计;最后将优化结果在ADAMS中建模并验证其合理性。研究结果表明:该方法可以有效地改善合模机构的综合性能。Abstract: The performance of a clamping system will directly affect the quality of injection-molding products. In the past,the performance of clamping units was optimized by using the single-objective optimization method or traditional multi-objective optimization method,however,the results were not ideal. In this paper,firstly,the mathematical model of the clamping system is established,and a sensitivity analysis method is adopted to determine significant factors from various parameters affecting of the objective functions as design variables,then the NSGAII is applied to optimize the ratio of force amplification and the smoothness of moving-platen speed. Finally,the comparison between the results before and after optimization in ADAMS shows that the ratio of force amplification has increased,and the motion smoothness of moving platen improves well.
