Simulation of the Stability Affecting by the Dynamic Process of Turbofan Engine

摘要: 为研究动态过程对航空发动机稳定性的影响,采用基于部件匹配的一维模型和时间推进的求解方法,建立了某双轴混排涡扇发动机的动态过程仿真模型,根据稳定性评定要求进行了加减速、接通与断开加力过程的计算和分析。结果表明,加速过程对高压压气机的稳定性影响较大,和稳态相比,其最大的稳定裕度损失为16.1%;减速过程对风扇的稳定性影响较大,其最大的稳定裕度损失为13.6%;在接通加力和断开加力过程中,风扇的稳定性受影响较大,其最大的稳定裕度损失分别为11.6%和2.8%。Abstract: In order to study the effect of the dynamic process on the stability of aircraft engine,one-dimensional model based on component matching and time marching method were presented; the dynamic process simulation model for a two spool mixed flow turbofan was established. According to the stability of the assessment requirements,acceleration,deceleration,afterburner light-on and light-off processes were simulated and analyzed. The simuation results show that,acceleration process has a great impact on the stability of high pressure compressor,the maximum stability margin loss was 16. 1%,comparing with the steady-state; Deceleration process has a great impact on the stability of fan,the maximum stability margin loss was 13. 6%; After burner light-on and light-off processes have a great impact on the stability of fan,the maximum stability margin loss were 11. 6% and 2. 8%.
