Damping Characteristics of Dry Friction Platform Damper System Based on Improved Macro-slip Model

摘要: 考虑了接触面间正压力过大时阻尼器将逐步失去阻尼的特性,参考实验结果将正压力过大时干摩擦力与位移简化为线性关系,对整体滑动模型进行完善。在考虑了阻尼器刚度系数、接触面正压力以及外激励幅值等的影响因素下,结合一次谐波平衡法对缘板干摩擦阻尼器进行了仿真分析,得到了该类阻尼器振动及减振特性随相关参数变化的规律。仿真分析结果显示完善后的模型能更好地反映系统的动力学特性。Abstract: Dry friction platform damper system can be used to reduce the blade vibration amplitude. When the normal load between the contacts is becoming larger,dry friction damper will lose its damping characteristic. By considering this issue,an improved model is present. Based on the improved friction model,the damping characteristic of systems with platform damper is simulated with first-order Harmonic Balance Method( HBM). The influence of damper stiffness coefficient,normal pressure of the contacts and the external excitation amplitude on vibration reduction is studied. Simulation results show that the improved model can better reflect the dynamic characteristics of the system.
