Effect of the 3DP Printing Parameters on the Material Contraction Ratio Based on the RSM Method

摘要: 采用三维打印(three dimensional printing,3DP)成型的制件,经过干燥和后处理会在不同的方向上产生收缩现象,这严重影响成型制件的尺寸精度。将ZP310三维打印机作为试验平台,采用中心复合试验设计方法(central composite design,CCD)对打印参数进行实验方案设计.并用响应曲面法(response surface methodology,RSM)分析三维打印过程中饱和度和层厚对淀粉基混合粉末收缩率的影响,建立了三维打印成型过程中材料在X、Y、Z这3个方向上的收缩率与打印参数之间关系的数学模型。实验证明根据收缩率进行的误差补偿,降低了制件在不同方向上的尺寸误差。

Abstract: The parts built by three dimensional printing( 3DP) will contract in different direction after drying and post-treatment,which will significantly affect the dimensional accuracy. Based on the experimental platform of ZP310,the central composite design( CCD) is used to design the experimental program for printing parameters in this paper. Response surface methodology( RSM) is also used to analyze the effect of printing parameters such as the power thickness and saturation level on the contraction ratio of mixed powder of starch based. A mathematical model is established to represent the relationship between the contraction ratio in X,Y and Z three directions and the printing parameters. According to the contraction ratio,the reasonable error compensation is made to improve the accuracy in each direction-
