Study on the Ultrasonic Cleaning Technology for Remanufacturing

摘要: 再制造清洗技术是再制造的关键技术之一。提出了面向再制造的超声波清洗技术,并阐述影响超声波清洗的因素。配制一种新型超声波清洗剂A,进行清洗对比实验,测定不同条件下的清洗效率。实验结果表明:超声波清洗剂A在温度60℃下清洗3.5 min,清洗效率达到100%。该清洗工艺应用于废旧桥壳的清洗实例,取得了良好的效果。Abstract: The remanufacturing clearing technology is one of the key technologies to manufacture. The technology of ultrasonic clearing for remanufacturing was put forward in this paper and the influencing factors of ultrasonic clearing were expatiated. A new type of ultrasonic cleaner A was made and the clearing contrast experiments have been done, the cleaning efficiencies under different conditions were measured. The experimental results show that the clearing efficiency reached to 100% for using ultrasonic cleaner A in 3.5 min on the temperature of 60 ℃. The clearing examples of the clearing technology applied in waste bridge shell have obtained a good effect.
