Design and Finite Element Analysis of General Connector for Multifunctional Rescue Vehicle

摘要: 针对多功能救援车在工作过程中频繁更换不同工作装置以适应不同场合操作的需求, 设计了一款用于连接救援车工作臂与具体工作元件的通用连接器, 以提高工作效率并实现一机多用。通过Pro/E建立了通用连接器的三维模型, 创建Pro/E和ANSYS的无缝链接将三维模型导入ANSYS中, 应用ANSYS对其关键受力部位添加载荷进行静力学强度分析, 得出了连接器的应力云图与应变图。结果表明, 通用连接器结构设计满足工作要求。Abstract: Aiming at the requirements of frequently replacing different working devices to adapt different practical operations for the multifunctional rescue vehicle at work, a general connector for connecting the working arm of rescue vehicle and working device was designed and studied in this paper. The general connector could improve work efficiency and realize one machine with multiple function. The three-dimensional model of the general connector was built by Pro/E. By creating the seamless link between Pro/E and ANSYS, the three dimensional model was imported into ANSYS. Under static load, the static strength analysis for the key forced parts was made. At last the stress nephogram and strain graph of general connector was obtained. The results show that the structural design of the general connector is conformed to work requirements.
