Applying Taguchi Method to Designing Chassis of Automobile

  • 摘要: 结合汽车底盘研发领域的应用实例,分析了田口方法的基本原理、使用途径、质量/成本评价方法,探讨了田口方法在汽车/零部件技术研发、质量提升、制造过程控制领域的应用及前景。分析发现,田口方法思路简洁,可复制性强,效果卓著,有助于实现技术、工艺创新,提升产品质量稳健性,降低成本。
