Abstract: |
For the sake of saving energy and reducing emissions, this paper will introduce a design of oil-saving device for the simple cylinder 250 water-cooled petrol engine. The oil-saving device is based on the principle of heat transfer and capture. By raising the heat of the oil mist up to 50 ℃, absorption and gathering the released gas from the opening valve, the engine can achieve fuel-saving purpose. The oil-saving device was made by 3D print technology. UG8.0 and ANSYS workbench were used in the design of device. |
