永磁同步电机位置传感器的故障检测和容错控制

摘要:
为了提高永磁同步电机驱动的可靠性和安全性,实现对霍尔位置传感器故障的容错控制,提出了更加高效的故障检测和补偿方法。分析了霍尔信号的状态和跳变沿中所包含的转子位置信息,以状态值与跳变沿之间的关系作为故障检测的依据,提出了更简便且更高效的故障检测方法。在此基础上,排除了故障信号中所包含的错误位置信息,并重新对反馈位置矢量进行傅里叶级数展开,得出其中的基波和谐波成分。利用谐波分析结果,重建位置矢量跟踪观测器,使电机在单个或2个霍尔发生故障时,能够继续安全运行并保持原有性能。在永磁同步电机驱动系统测试平台中进行实验验证,结果表明所提出的故障检测和容错控制方法能够使驱动系统容错运行,避免了系统的进一步损坏,并且显著提高了故障检测和容错控制的性能。

Fault Detection and Fault Tolerant Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Drives with Hall Sensors

Abstract:
To improve the reliability and safety of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drives, the fault tolerant control under the faults in Hall sensors is desirable. In this paper, a more efficient fault detection method is proposed, based on which a fault tolerant control strategy is implemented. Firstly, the output signals of Hall sensors are analyzed and the positions information implied in the states and transitions of Hall signals is presented. Combining the Hall states and transitions, a fault detection method is proposed for Hall sensors. Under fault situations, the incorrect position feedback from the faulty sensors is eliminated and the harmonics of the position vector are derived again. Based on this, the rotor position vector-tracking observer is reconstructed for the single and double Hall faults so that the drive system can continue its operation under fault situations. Then the fault detection methods and the modified vector-tracking observer are verified in a PMSM drive system. The experimental results show preliminarily that the proposed methods significantly improve the efficiency of fault detection and the performance of the fault tolerant control.
