Influence of First Order Reciprocating Inertia Moment Balance Ratio on Torsional Vibration and Surface Vibration of Crankshaft forThree-cylinder Engine

  • 摘要: 为了研究三缸汽油机采用单平衡轴时一阶往复惯性力矩平衡率对曲轴扭振和发动机表面振动的影响,采用多体动力学软件AVL-EXCITE-Power Unit建立发动机多体动力学模型。开展30% ~ 100%一阶往复惯性力矩平衡率下曲轴扭振和发动机表面振动仿真研究。结果表明:采用单轴平衡法通过选择合适的平衡率会降低发动机的表面振动,但同时也会在某种程度上增大曲轴的扭振。因此,在采用单平衡轴进行三缸机减振时也要考虑其对扭振的影响。
