Experimental Research and Analysis on Dynamics Characteristics of Arresting Hook Buffer

  • 摘要: 开展了舰载机拦阻钩缓冲器动力学特性研究,提出了舰载机拦阻钩缓冲器动态力学特性及拦阻钩系统冲击性能试验方法,搭建了试验系统,进行了拦阻钩系统垂向冲击试验,揭示了拦阻钩缓冲器阻尼力随行程的变化规律。结果表明,缓冲器初始充填压力较小时,不利于拦阻钩顺利挂索,通过提高缓冲器初始充填气体压力,可以有效提高拦阻钩止转性能,有利于拦阻钩顺利挂索。将缓冲器动态阻尼特性曲线引入冲击环境下的拦阻钩纵向运动分析模型,对拦阻钩反弹高度计算结果与试验实测数据进行比较。结果表明,反弹高度计算曲线有效地反映了拦阻钩钩头的运动特点,计算结果在弹跳高度和弹跳时间上均大于试验测试结果,分析说明了计算误差产生的原因。
