Deposited Preparation and Characteristic of Hard TiN/TiCN Coating on W18Cr4V Substrate

  • 摘要: 采用优化的工艺参数在W18Cr4V高速钢上制备了纳米硬质TiN/TiCN涂层,以此提高刀具材料的使用寿命。采用磁控溅射方法,以N2和C2H2为反应气体,在W18Cr4V高速钢基体上制备高质量的涂层。通过XRD、XRF、SEM研究了涂层的化学成分和结构,借助显微硬度计和销盘式摩擦磨损试验机分别测试了涂层的硬度和摩擦磨损性能,采用切削试验研究涂层的使用寿命和高温热稳定性。结果表明:涂层表面元素分布相对均匀,涂层为FCC结构的TiCxN1-x和TiN,平均晶粒尺寸分别为35.65 nm和32.12 nm;涂层硬度较大,高于3 300 HV;涂层的耐磨、切削性能和热稳定性较好,摩擦系数和磨损量较低,涂层刀具的使用寿命是无涂层刀具的3倍左右。
