Correlation Research of Engine Bolt Tightening and Cylinder Head Vibration

  • 摘要: 为实现发动机装配质量的稳定性与一致性,探究发动机装配生产中过程数据与冷试质量数据间的关系,以发动机冷试时缸盖的振动峰值作为切入点,通过灰色关联分析法确定各相关工位螺栓拧紧质量对缸盖高速振动峰值的影响程度,探索对缸盖振动影响显著的因子。通过神经网络与支持向量机模型,实现对生产数据的实时分析以达到发动机质量数据的预测,并将其用于实际生产中冷测试的辅助,指导生产工艺及标准改进,通过修正工艺参数最终达到提高发动机整体性能的目的。
