Performance of Drilling Diesel Dual-stage Turbocharger

  • 摘要: 油气钻井工程中钻井柴油机燃油消耗占钻井成本30%以上,尾气是主要污染源。为了积极响应国家节能减排,降低钻井柴油机燃油成本,对钻井柴油机进行二级涡轮增压改造。以济柴190系列柴油机真实尺寸和实验数据为基准,建立了柴油机二级涡轮增压器整体模型,对比分析、确定二级涡轮增压器的布置方案。通过对柴油机整机性能进行模拟、分析结果表明:改进后的柴油钻机二级涡轮增压系统与原机型相比动力性能、加速性能、排放性能、燃油经济性、涡轮增压器运行效率均有显著改善。
