Analysis of Ductile Fracture Criteria of Advanced High Strength Dual-phase Steels

  • 摘要: 先进高强度钢在冲压成形过程中由于剪切和颈缩竞争导致出现独有的断裂现象,困扰着车身板的成形工艺设计,阻碍着双相钢零件的尺寸精度与成形质量的进一步提高。修正的摩尔库伦准则可以预测双相钢的韧性断裂,但其参数的确定需要较多的试验,本文中采用一个既方便工程应用又统一拉伸和剪切这两种现象的韧性断裂准则,并编写基于Hill'48各向异性屈服准则的Abaqus Vumat子程序,模拟DP780拉弯成形实验,通过比较这两种韧性断裂准则,发现该韧性断裂准则可以用于双相钢的冲压成形的断裂预测,误差满足工程要求。
