Reliability of Kinematic Accuracy and Rate Life for Planar Mechanism

  • 摘要: 平面机构传递路线较长,对机构运动输出精度产生的影响不能忽视。将影响机构运动精度可靠性因素分为非累积性因素和累积性因素,提出了非累积性因素和累积性因素耦合作用下平面机构的运动精度可靠性分析方法;以Archard磨损模型为理论基础建立了磨损可靠性干涉模型;提出了在额定转速下机构寿命的计算方法。对曲柄滑块机构结果表明:累积性因素是影响机构运动精度的主要原因,当累积性因素累积到一定程度时,机械可靠度急剧下降,并计算了机构在额定转速下机构的额定寿命。
