Lightweight Design of a Commercial Vehicle's Cab Based on Relative Sensitivity and Integrated Optimization Strategy

  • 摘要: 针对商用车驾驶室等复杂结构的轻量化设计,建立有限元模型。为避免优化的盲目性,提高设计效率,本文对模型进行灵敏度分析,建立各部件对驾驶室整体性能及总质量的贡献度;并进一步提出用相对灵敏度评价方法选择优化变量,简化变量选择过程。最后,提出3种基于不同优化方向的驾驶室结构设计方案:轻质量方案、高刚度方案及综合方案;根据不同优化结果的对比分析,综合优化方案快速实现了总体轻量化设计目标。
