The Non-probabilistic Reliability Analysis for the ROPS Performance of Cab

  • 摘要: 采用非线性有限元分析方法对安全驾驶室翻车保护装置(ROPS)进行强度计算并对其进行可靠性分析。利用超椭球凸模型理论量化材料的弹性模量、泊松比、密度的不确定性。针对极限状态函数复杂或为隐式函数的问题, 采用薄板样条插值高维模型(TPS-HDMR)作为近似模型进行非概率可靠度分析,最后运用改进一次二阶矩算法(iHL-RF)求解非概率可靠度指标。结果表明:在材料参数的不确定范围内,该驾驶室可靠性满足设计要求。
