Failure Maintenance Decision of Meta-action Assembly Unit

  • 摘要: 为快速确定故障部位,缩短维修时间,提出一种基于元动作装配单元的故障维修决策方法。首先,提出元动作装配单元的概念,并介绍其特点和划分原则,然后,采用模糊集理论和灰色关联理论将元动作装配单元故障进行风险性分析并排序,进而对各故障灰色关联度进行归一化处理并用主次图法确定关键故障,最后利用灰色聚类分析法对关键故障进行聚类分析,选择出元动作装配单元关键故障的合理维修方式。通过对某加工中心某元动作装配单元进行实例分析,证明了该方法的有效性。
