Experimental Study on Incremental Forming Assisted Bending and Stretching Strategy for Vertical Walls Parts

  • 摘要: 针对传统直壁件多道次渐进成形工艺存在的路径规划复杂、加工时间长、壁厚过度减薄的现状,提出了一种拉弯辅助渐进成形直壁件的新工艺。该工艺包含三个步骤:预成形、拉弯组合成形直壁和校形。基于此工艺进行了试验研究,结果表明:拉弯组合成形直壁件壁厚减薄程度小,壁厚分布均匀,加工时间明显缩短,更加符合实际生产的需要;预成角直接决定直壁件最终壁厚,预成形角越大,壁厚减薄越大;在周向压应力的作用下,直壁部分出现局部区域增厚现象,且预成角越小,增厚区域越大。
