The Research on the Dynamic Response of Special Engineering Dump Truck Frame

  • 摘要: 工程自卸车行驶路面崎岖不平,行驶环境较为恶劣,由不平路面产生的激励不仅严重影响车辆的舒适性,对车架的安全性及使用寿命都带来较大影响。为了更好地验证车架的动态性能,本文对工程专用自卸车整车进行了典型路面动态特性试验。由于数据信号线性和平稳性较差,难以直接处理分析,本文中结合固有模态分析与具有自适应性的信号小波变换,对采集到的车架关键点振动信号进行小波变换,分析了变换后的信号,提取了车架的动态特征,找出了车架的薄弱位置和潜在问题。
