Influence of Wheel Diameter Difference on Wheel Wear in Process of Vehicle-bridge Coupling

  • 摘要: 推导了同时考虑接触斑内刚性滑动量和弹性变形量影响的轮轨相对滑动速度计算公式;建立了车轮磨耗理论计算模型并发展了相应的数值分析程序,该计算模型中包含了车桥耦合动力学模型、轮轨滚动接触模型和材料摩擦磨损模型。应用该模型仿真分析了4种典型轮径差对车桥耦合中车轮磨耗的影响。分析结果表明:轮径差不仅会造成车轮的严重偏磨,而且会明显改变车轮踏面的磨耗区域。
