Suppression Effects of Wire Guides on the Vibration of Wire Electrode and Its Finite Element Analysis

  • 摘要: 为了抑制电极丝振动,研究了限幅器对电极丝振动的抑制原理和控制效果。通过LMS.Test.Lab测试系统测量线切割机床的上、下臂的模态参数和工作状态中的功率谱密度。把功率谱密度测量数据作为输入激励,利用Ansys Workbench进行电极丝的预应力模态分析和随机振动分析,对限幅器的振动控制效果进行比较。结果表明:限幅器可以降低电极丝自身的振动幅度,可以隔离机床运转时产生的振动影响,两者相辅相成共同作用,在安装限幅器之后电极丝在工作状态下的振动变形量减小了10倍,控制电极丝振动效果明显。
