Influencing Modeling and Analysis of Guide Parallelism Error on Table Motion Error

  • 摘要: 机床导轨是机床各运动部件相互运动的基准,导轨误差改变了机床各部件的相对位置,破坏了各部件相对运动的准确性,造成了工作台运动误差,最终影响被加工零件的加工精度。研究了直线滚动导轨平行度误差对机床工作台运动误差的影响,根据赫兹接触理论分析了滚珠受力与接触变形的关系,基于齐次坐标变换和最小余能原理定量分析了工作台的运动误差。最后通过算法举例、仿真及计算结果的对比,表明该算法能准确计算出工作台的运动误差。
