Study on Stiffness Measuring Method and Experimental Analysis for Canted Coil Spring

  • 摘要: 斜圈弹簧刚度是其力学性能的重要指标之一,由于结构的特殊性目前尚无高效高精度的斜圈弹簧刚度测量手段。为此提出了一种斜圈弹簧刚度测量原理及相关计算方法,并设计了相应的测试装置。为了验证测量方案的可行性,基于Ansys软件平台建立斜圈弹簧有限元模型,考虑几何非线性和接触问题进行了有限元仿真,并在拉压力试验机上进行准静态加载实验。通过有限元仿真结果与实验结果的对比分析,本测量方法可有效的测量出斜圈弹簧的刚度,并绘制出载荷位移曲线。
