Application of Equivalent Stress Method to Fatigue Life Prediction of High-strength Steel

  • 摘要: 利用成组法对某工程机械常用高强钢材料制作成的对接接头的疲劳寿命开展试验研究。采用美国机械工程师协会(ASME)标准中“网格不敏感的结构应力法及主S-N曲线法”对上述接头的疲劳寿命进行预测。研究表明:基于等效结构应力法的高强钢对接接头疲劳寿命预测结果与试验结果存在一定的偏差。依据董平莎提出的主S-N曲线修正表达式,并结合高强钢对接接头试验结果,引入等效结构应力范围(Δss)修正系数,得到适用于900 MPa级高强钢疲劳寿命预测的修正主S-N曲线。
