Parametric Optimum Design of a Rocking Head Type Disc-shape Ultrasonic Motor Stator Based on OPTIMUS

  • 摘要: 利用ANSYS提供的参数化设计语言(APDL),建立了一种新型盘状摇头型超声电机定子参数化模型,并进行模态分析、模态识别、节点计算、谐响应分析。借助OPTIMUS优化平台集成该参数化模型,以定子结构尺寸参数作为输入,以超声电机对工作频率、模态混叠、弯曲振幅、定子夹持的综合设计要求作为目标,进行了动力学优化设计,并根据优化结果制作了样机。实验表明:定子工作模态满足了预期的设计要求,试验结果与优化设计结果相符。
