Research on Reuse Method of CAD Model for Shell Parts

  • 摘要: 为解决机械壳体类零件CAD模型重用问题,分析此类零件模型的几何形状及结构关系特点,提出面向CAD模型重用的机械壳体类零件LOD模型构造方法。该方法通过面向凸边的广度优化搜索算法识别切割环,将模型分解成多个面壳,构造1EE或2EE面填充收缩分割环将面壳封闭为实体,将分解结果存储在构造实体几何树中,对树进行节点删除和简化,生成LOD模型。对采煤机部分零部件进行模型分解试验和LOD模型生成试验,表明该方法具有较高计算效率,验证了该方法能较好保持模型的结构特征。
