Study on Load Distribution in the Screw Thread of Bolt-Joint Subjected to Eccentric Loading

  • 摘要: 利用解析法探讨偏心荷载下螺纹联接螺纹副沿螺旋线的载荷分布规律。在本研究中,以弹性力学为基础,找出了弯矩作用下联接件的变形协调方程。运用数值法,求得方程的近似解,推导出了偏心载荷下螺纹载荷分布的计算公式。以M16X2螺纹联接为例,用MATLAB软件对螺纹载荷分布规律进行数值模拟,模拟结果与光弹实验研究结果相一致。
