FEM Analysis of Clamping Force at Multi-interfaces with Interference-fit for Composite Joints

  • 摘要: 建立了碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)的单搭接螺栓连接结构三维模型,在充分考虑材料属性及接触关系的基础上,进行了干涉配合状态下孔周应力状态和夹紧力分布的数值模拟与分析。结果表明:在预紧力沿模型板厚方向的传递过程中,螺栓与孔壁接触界面的摩擦力会直接抵消部分作用力,导致自螺母端至螺栓钉头端夹紧力逐渐降低,降低的幅度与速率受到预紧力大小和孔周应力状态的影响。
