Study on Dynamic Characteristics of Textured Port Plate Pair in Axial Piston Pump

  • 摘要: 以织构化配流副为研究对象,分析了织构化配流副的稳态受力和瞬态受力情况,建立了织构化配流副的数学模型和基于Simulink的仿真模型,并以配流副间油膜厚度为考察对象进行研究。结果表明:相对于普通配流副,压力突变时,织构化配流副的油膜厚度变化更小,油膜厚度的动态性能参数均有一定程度的提高。动态特性与油膜刚度相关,油膜刚度越大越有利于配流副的动态特性的提高。油膜厚度近似为零时,织构化配流副的压缩效应有利于配流副避免固体接触。
