The Fast Leveling Strategy and Intelligent Control of Automatic Vehicle Leveling Device

  • 摘要: 针对车载自动调平装置快速性和高精度的要求,采用“以面调面”追逐最高支撑点的调平策略.执行机构内环采用模糊PID同传统PID相结合的PID控制器,外环采用PD控制器进行同步控制,同步误差经PD控制器对从动执行元件进行补偿,从而保证了调平的高精度及快速性.试验结果表明:该调平装置调平时间减少了29 s,调平精度在3.4′以内.
