Design Technique of Commercial Aircraft Emergency Evacuation Slide Release

  • 摘要: 应用ADAMS虚拟样机软件对滑梯释放过程进行研究,分析了滑梯释放过程中滑梯包与飞机平行外开式舱门运动协调的设计技术。建立仿真模型,将滑梯释放过程中滑梯包与机身结构之间的关系考虑为接触碰撞模型,仿真过程较好地模拟了滑梯释放过程;对影响滑梯释放的参数进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明通过增长释放拉索长度或增大舱门开启速度可达到滑梯顺利释放的优化目的,并着重分析了滑梯包掉在门槛外时舱门开启速度与围布所受载荷的关系。
