The research of Equipment Quantitative risk Analysis Data Acquisition and Maintenance Decision-making System Development & Application

  • 摘要: 设备故障定量风险分析和绩效指标评估面临缺少客观的可靠性和维修数据来建立实际故障概率和故障后果分布模型,参照国内外同类装置设备故障概率数据库进行风险分析具有局限性。为了提高设备风险管理和维修决策水平,研究开发了设备可靠性和维修数据采集和维修决策系统应用于风险评估、剩余工作寿命预测和维修任务优化。实践表明:研制的数据采集和维修决策系统能够积累设备可靠性和维修数据、量化风险分析结果和优化维修任务,从而提高设备运行的可靠性、可用性和安全性。
