Analysis on Thermal Properties of Grease-lubricated Ball Bearing

  • 摘要: 针对球轴承高速运转时的热生成及热边界条件问题,建立轴承拟静力学模型分析其受力状态,根据Palmgren经验公式计算轴承摩擦产热,并应用传热学理论,建立考虑热阻抗影响的脂润滑轴承热传递网络模型;研制轴承-转子系统,测量不同工况条件下的轴承外圈温度,试验结果表明:理论模型能准确预测脂润滑球轴承运转时的温升状况,误差在10%以内;轴承启动时其温度上升速度最快,轴承转速和预紧力对其最终稳态温度影响较大,需要加以合理控制。
