Load Analysis of Double-row Angular-contact Ball Bearing

  • 摘要: 基于弹性接触理论,建立了双列角接触球轴承弹性接触模型,利用Neton-raphson法计算了轴承钢球和滚道的接触载荷,分析了径向载荷、轴向载荷与力矩载荷作用下的接触载荷分布和接触角的变化。结果表明:受纯径向力时,两列轴承的承载情况相同;受纯中心轴向力时,仅单列轴承受载;当外载荷考虑力矩时,两列轴承同时受载,且载荷主要作用在一列轴承上;钢球与内滚道的接触载荷会随着外载荷的增大而增大,但接触角变化情况与它们的接触载荷大小并不直接相关。
