Non-linear Theory and Simulation for Vertical Impact Damping System

摘要: 为深入认识垂直主振系冲击消振系统的非线性运动本质,建立了该类系统的力学模型,并对其进行了理论研究。利用系统运动具有分段线性的特点,用传递函数的分部分式法结合段边界条件得到了系统响应的解析解;以文献[1]中的实验参数作为仿真程序的输入参数,对仿真结果进行了分析,得到了外部激励频率是影响系统非线性特性的主要因素,与文献[1]中的实验结果进行了比较,验证了理论计算的合理性与正确性。Abstract: To study the non-linear motion essence of vertical impact damping system,a mechanical model was built and studied theoretically.The analytical solution of system dynamical response was gained using transfer function combining with the neighboring boundary compatibility conditions of the system in the fact of its piecewise linear characteristics.Numerical simulation was also performed,taking the experimental parameters of reference literature [1] as input of simulation program,and achieved the conclusion that external exciting frequency is the main factor of affecting the non-linear characteristics of the system.The comparison between the results of simulation and experiments was made which verified the correctness and feasibility of theoretical calculation.
