Structural Optimization Design for a Hot-fix Multi-head Milling Machine

摘要: 一阶固有频率是衡量结构动态特性的重要指标,而磨床大件部件本身的固有频率对整机的动态特性起着决定性作用。设计开发出一种专门用于对玻璃烫钻进行表面加工的研磨机-玻璃烫钻多头研磨机床,并利用有限元方法对研磨机床整机进行了动态性能特性分析。通过改进立柱和床身这两个磨床大件部件结构的一阶固有频率以提高整机的动态性能,避免整机在工作过程中出现共振现象。最后对改进后的整机结构动态性能进行了分析,结果显示改进后的整机固有频率得到了提高,为较合适有效的改进方案。Abstract: First-order natural frequency is an important indicator to measure the structural dynamic characteristics and the dynamic characteristics of a grinding machine depend on the natural frequencies of its large parts.In this paper,the hot-fix multi-head milling machine is designed for the surface processing of hot fix rhinestone,and the dynamic characteristic of hot-fix multi-head milling machine has been analyzed.The natural frequencies of great parts such as column and grinder bed were raised by optimizing structures in order to improve the dynamic performance of hot-fix multi-head milling machine,avoiding the resonance phenomenon during its working process.Finally,the model analysis of the hot-fix multi-head milling machine optimized has been conducted and it turn out that the optimization structure is feasible.
